Island Dive Club

The northern end of Sairee is quieter than the southern nightlife stretch, and the beach faces west towards sunset views of Koh Nang Yuan.

Koh Tao has no airport, so visitors arrive by ferry at Mae Haad. Lomprayah Koh Tao Pier is 1.2 km from the hotel; a flat brick coastal path links Mae Haad and Sairee in about 15 minutes on foot, and pick-up truck taxis also run across the island. Ferries take around 45–90 minutes from Koh Phangan and 1.5–2 hours from Koh Samui. Island Dive Club offers a free shuttle service, and free private parking is available at a nearby location. Sairee suits days spent diving and snorkelling, with more than 25 dive sites around the island. View point on Sairee beach and Koh Nang Yuan is 1.3 km away, Ao Tanote Beach is 2.4 km away, and Nangyuan Island is 3.4 km away. Whale sharks are most often seen around Koh Tao in March–May and September–October. The west and south shores, including Sairee, are generally the calmer side from November to March; conditions shift towards the east coast from April to October.
